I recently had my first visit, and I’m quite impressed overall! The staff was friendly and attentive right from the start. I had a cleaning and a consultation, and both went smoothly. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, which I really appreciated since I’ve had some bad experiences at other places in the past. Dr. Radford was pleasant and informative, taking the time to explain my dental health in detail without overwhelming me with jargon. The only thing I could suggest is maybe improving the waiting area; while it was clean, it could benefit from a bit more seating or some magazines to help pass the time. However, I didn’t wait long at all, so it wasn’t a big deal. I was in and out pretty quickly, which is always a plus for me. After years of neglecting my dental visits out of fear, I finally decided to make an appointment here after hearing so many positive reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! Dr. Radford was absolutely wonderful—he took the time to listen to my fears and made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure. The technology they use is top-notch, which made my experience smoother than I expected. I had to get a couple of fillings done, and I can honestly say it was far less painful than I had anticipated. The only minor issue was that I had a brief wait before my appointment started, which made me anxious, but the staff did a great job of keeping me informed. I’ll definitely be returning for my follow-ups and can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who’s hesitant about going to the dentist!
